The price is perfect the staff are very friendly I’ve been coming here for years and hope to come back many many more, my little girl loves it here we have been here the last two weekends in a row and thinking already to come up in another 2 weeks time ! It’s located between the two piers literally a 3 min walk to the beautiful sandy beaches Jay is a lovely manager I look forward to seeing him again real soon
I have to say im exceptionaly happy the host is welcoming freindly and helpfull every attaction is on the doorstep situated very close to the beach the rooms are spotless!!!! And the price is amazing suitable for all the family i have to say amazing value for money THANKYOU COCO BEACH YOUR DEDICATION SHOWS THROUGH TOTALY OUTSTANDING 100 STAR RATING MUST GO TO HOTEL XXXX
This hotel is a great place to stay, especially for the price. The room I stayed in is a bit smaller than I expected but really had everything promised. The hotel is clean and well kept by the property manager, Jay. He’s a very nice and funny guy with always a kind word and a friendly joke whenever we pass each other by. With a longer stay like mine, Jay made sure I had everything I needed. Fresh towels, soap, shampoo, more coffee/tea and milk. There is a kettle in the room which I was also able to use to make tea, coffee and even quick meals like a cup of noodles or soups when I didn’t want to go out to a restaurant or get takeaways. Jay is really great about making sure everything is very clean and maintained. You might see some other (old) negative reviews on here but I can assure you any issues this place has had in the past due to prior management have been completely repaired, updated and improved. My stay was a long one, a few weeks and even for a long stay it was comfortable and had everything a person could need.
Just stayed here for 2 nights, can't fault the 2 people that run it! TV didn't work but wasn't an issue, gentleman even said next time I stay will move to a room with working TV. Will definitely be coming back and recommending Coco beach to friends and family
The owner has only taken over this hotel 2 weeks ago. We have just came out a pandemic. As a family of 5 we had a toilet/shower in our room and all beds required were in same room. (Double bed and double bunk bed). No it wasn’t perfect but it is what you make it. The sheets and bedding were clean. The room and toilet were clean. You get towels x2. Fair enough room could have done with a better hoover but it was a place to sleep. We paid a fair price for the room we asked for. The owner was friendly. He is available by telephone and he is nearby if you need him. If you want to stay in the midst of a hotel which is still upgrading and pay a fair price then this is what this hotel provides. Tea/coffee and clean kettle. Good cafe across the road. To be honest my older son had a more expensive room in another hotel and I didn’t see much difference between the two!
Can only add a partial review on this as although I had booked this place via booking.com they simply couldn't accommodate us being that booking.com booked a single bed for 1 adult and 1 child with the correct ages added to there search bar . Now what I can say is fair play to the owner as I be fairly confident that like everyone, we all need that extra money but stuck to the morals and laws and forfeit the stay which speaks a lot about them .. fair play and I ended up with suitable accommodation elsewhere which Coco helped us with telling us to contact booking.com and they will apologise and refund which we had the apologies and hopefully in due course the refund. Fantastic host down to earth one of the lads very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and went above if wasn't there couldn't ask for more the room was Fantastic perfect for a couple of 2 the bathroom was clean the bed had fresh sheets and had what we needed for our stay and defo dont judge a book by its cover would happily stay again when In the area and would recommend to friends and family
Really nice place to stay. Friendly staff member jay always greets you as you walk through the door. Nice and close to local amenities. I couldn't fault this place 10/10 will most definitely be returning in the future
